Experience the calm within and without. Come and enjoy the serene atmosphere of traditional yogic life at a traditional yoga monastery only two and a half hours from Ann Arbor. We will practice both gentle yoga and meditation. Individuals and families are both welcome. Registered Yoga Teachers earn up to 30 hours continuing education, approved by the Yoga Alliance.

AAYM Membership is $65: Membership expires 12 months after purchase. We offer reduced tuition
for classes and events in the U.S. to our members and are grateful for their long-term relationship

AAYM Members 1st Class per week $139 - $104 2nd Class per Week
Non-members – 1st Class per week $159 - $120 2nd Class per Week

Registration and Make-up policies:

No classes are transferable to another person. Pro-rated registration is offered to members. Students must make arrangements with the instructor ahead of time and make-up missed classes only during the same session. Cancellations are accepted only during the first two weeks of the session. A $20 cancellation fee will be charged and drop-in rate for any classes attended.
