Join us for an afternoon of relaxation and learning in a space dedicated to healing and wellbeing (half-day retreat), or day-long retreat as part of a 2-day seminar. Our truly unique well-balanced programs include custom tailored Gentle Yoga, Therapeutic Breathing, Guided Deep Relaxation [Yoga Nidra], and Meditations from the Yogic Tradition. Relax and recharge while practicing under expert guidance.    Total beginners are most welcome. Teachers earn CEUs with the Yoga Alliance.

Experience Peace. Our small group retreats are for total beginners, continuing students and teachers who would like to enjoy classical yoga and meditation as a way of life, healing, and growth. Develop and refine your practice in an environment dedicated to peace. The Vivekananda Retreat Center has provided home for our retreats since 1991. It is located on 110 acres of beautiful non-farming land minutes away from Lake Michigan sandy beaches. Lodging in private and double occupancy rooms in cottages with shared modern bathroom facilities, vegetarian meals, and guided group sessions are included in cost. Register early to reserve your seat. RYT200 and RYT500 teachers earn CE hours with the Yoga Alliance.
