BEGINNING/GENTLE YOGA


Improve your flexibility, strength, and stamina. Learn basic posture sequences, breathing and relaxation techniques to help maintain good health. This class is popular with all regardless of fitness level. Modifications will be provided for your unique needs in this non-competitive environment. You will need to respect your body’s limitations, but also challenge yourself in good ways.

OPEN LEVEL YOGA


This class is for new and continuing students. Beginners are most welcome. Increase core strength and flexibility through a dynamic exploration of classical postures such as Triangle, Camel and the Sun Salutation sequence. Most postures are presented with variations. Students are encouraged to respect their body's limitations and work up to their comfort level. Each class includes movement, breathing , and guided relaxation.

DEEP RELAX

Meditation equals awareness and relaxation. This class is designed to effectively relieve stress, both in the body and in the mind. This is our specialty. Good balance of dynamic movement with awareness, and Guided Yoga Nidra (Systematic Deep Relaxation), visualization and meditation techniques to help with real life tensions.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA FOR ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION

This well integrated proprietary program includes practices for all aspects of one's being, cultivating a state of relaxed awareness to help one become more objective and present, resulting in decreased stress, anxiety, and depression as well as higher state of wellbeing. Private sessions and one-time Special Saturday Workshops are also available.

MOMMIES DO YOGA


This is a fun class for mothers with toddles and infants. Early exposure to meaningful yoga and meditation can help children develop healthy habits, both physical and mental. Physical poses, as well as breathing and relaxation are geared toward mommies' needs.

KIRTAN & SATSANG

During Kirtan explore the practice of yoga through call & response traditional and healing mantra chanting . No prior musical experience is required.. In Satsang sessions get answers to help solve real life questions and get inspired by yoga wisdom.

GUIDED MEDITATION COURSE


Meditation does not have to be boring and difficult, nor does it have to take a long time to understand and master. This ten week course will help you learn meaningful ways to relax and tackle the trickery of the mind. Course text and CD is not included in price. We also provide individual meditation instruction, and yoga therapy and meditation sessions to address health issues and more.
